"Share the Care" is a program designed to help the less fortunate in our community.  Two days each year, Lifetime Optometry opens its doors to provide free eye care and eyeglasses at no charge.  If you know someone in our community that:

1. Is experiencing financial difficulty
2. Is unemployed
3. Doesn't have Vision Insurance
4. Needs eyeglasses

You can nominate them by completing the form below to submit their name and application.  Successful applicants are determined by circumstances and space available.
